About this scholarship

Established in 2016 to support students pursuing construction-related 4-year degrees. Preference is given to dependents of current IEA (and subsidiary) employees. Open to graduating high school seniors or college undergraduates who will attend an accredited four-year college or university in the U.S. or Canada. Selection reviews academic standing and financial need; award is one-time (not renewable).

Current graduating high school senior or college undergraduate

Accepted as a full-time (minimum of 12 hours) student at a four-year public or private college or university in the United States or Canada

Selected school must be regionally accredited

Pursuing a college major in Engineering, Construction Management, Safety, or other construction-related degree field

Minimum GPA of 2.8 on a 4.0 scale (high school and college undergraduate applicants)

Complete additional essay questions required by IEA
