Maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA (required for most scholarships)
Be a full-time student OR a part-time student who works at least 32 hours per week
Be involved in school and local community
Attend a post-secondary institution in the United States
Submit certification of legal blindness from an ophthalmologist, optometrist, or physician
Submit transcripts (high school for entering freshmen; undergraduate transcripts for graduate applicants)
Submit two letters of recommendation from a current or recent instructor, career counselor, or employer (each submitted separately)
Provide proof of acceptance from a post-secondary school if entering or transferring (continuing students at the same school do not need to submit)
Register for an ACB account prior to submitting an online scholarship application
