The Alabama Grocers Education Foundation offers scholarships to support education for high school seniors, college freshmen, sophomores, and juniors who are either children of full-time employees or part-time student employees of firms that are members of the Alabama Grocers Association. The scholarships are grants of $1,000 for children of full-time employees and $750 for part-time employees who are full-time students. Additional endowed and piggyback scholarships are available with varying amounts.
