Recognizes a scientist, technologist, or leader who has made significant contributions to advancement of the Biotechnology Division's area of interest. Recipient receives a plaque, a US $1,000 honorarium, a complimentary Biotechnology Division meal ticket, and the opportunity to present an award lecture at the AOCS Annual Meeting. Nominations are submitted via the AOCS Awards Portal and require a letter of nomination, at least three letters of support, and a curriculum vitae including publications and patents.
