The Foundation administers scholarship funds that honor family or friends, memorialize loved ones, or ensure donor values are passed from one generation to the next. Each fund has unique eligibility requirements. Many are for the benefit of students graduating from certain high schools; others to students pursuing particular fields of study, or attending a specific university; and a few are for the benefit of currently enrolled college students. CFOV scholarships cover a wide geographic range and seek to support students representing a variety of backgrounds. Counties served by CFOV include: Hancock, Brooke, Ohio, Marshall, Tyler and Wetzel in West Virginia and Jefferson and Belmont in Ohio. Some opportunities extend beyond that service area.
