Creative Arts Scholarship

The Creative Arts Scholarship Program is for first-time, out-of-state graduate and undergraduate students, including international and transfer students. Applicants must be accepted to ETSU before they will be considered for a Creative Arts Scholarship. Scholarships are available at this time only for incoming students (freshmen and transfer students) that qualify as out-of-state students. The Creative Arts Scholarship can be awarded, if you make either team and qualify as an out-of-state student, allowing your out-of-state tuition to be waived.
