Creative Arts Scholarship

The Creative Arts Scholarship Program is for first-time, out-of-state graduate and undergraduate students, including international and transfer students. Applicants must be accepted to ETSU before they will be considered for a Creative Arts Scholarship. The scholarship is available only to students that have been accepted to ETSU and whose legal residency is out-of-state. The amount of the award is equal to the out-of-state portion of tuition and fees, making the net result that you will pay the same fees as an in-state student. It is renewable for up to eight semesters.
