Must be enrolled full-time or part-time at an accredited post-secondary institution or continuous education program

Open to all majors

Current cumulative grade point average of 2.75 or higher

Must have the 2026-2027 FAFSA on file at your selected university/college by the time of selection

Must be able to demonstrate a financial need

Be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident with a valid permanent resident card or passport stamped I-551

Must have received a certification number after submitting an application approved by DTRF
