The DREAM Partnership Scholarship supports Pennsylvania students with Intellectual Disabilities (ID) in pursuing their dreams of attending DREAM supported postsecondary education programs in Pennsylvania. The scholarship covers qualified educational expenses, including tuition and fees, as well as course-related expenses such as books, supplies, and equipment. Scholarships are awarded based on merit and are paid directly to the academic institution.
