The eligible employee must have been employed by an ABA bus and tour member company for at least one year as of January 1 of the year the scholarships are awarded and distributed
The winners or their parents or guardians must still be employed in the spring when the winners are selected and distributed
Must have a minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
