Submit a high resolution picture of yourself in your Duck® promwear
Get parent's permission if under 18 years old for the photography release
Must be a legal resident of the United States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or Canada (excluding Quebec)
Must be 14 years of age or older
Must be enrolled in a high school or home school association at the high-school level during the 2025-2026 school year
Cannot have been a Finalist in a previous Duck® Brand Duct Tape Stuck at Prom® Scholarship Contest
