Applicants must be 24 years of age or under at all times during the 2026 calendar year
Returning candidates must have earned or applied for the scholarship in previous years
Returning candidates must have a minimum of 15 hours of community service within one year prior to the application deadline
Returning candidates must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or a 75% average
Returning candidates must be enrolled in full-time studies in the academic year they are applying as a returning applicant in Canada or the US
