Veterans with service-connected disabilities seeking employment/independence (VR&E, Chapter 31)

Dependents of veterans who are permanently and totally disabled due to a service-related condition or who died on active duty or as a result of a service-related condition (Chapter 35)

Participants in apprenticeship or on-the-job training programs may be eligible for benefits

Individuals seeking licensing or certification exams may be eligible for reimbursement
