About this scholarship

Merit-based scholarship awarded to admitted graduate non-resident students. Provides $2,100 per semester (fall and spring). Award is admissions-based (determined at time of admission); no separate scholarship application is required beyond the UofM admissions application. To maintain the award, recipients must remain continuously enrolled full-time each fall and spring semester and earn a 3.0 UofM GPA or higher each semester. Students receiving other university funding (including certain non-resident tuition waivers) are not eligible.

Admitted to a graduate degree program at the University of Memphis (excluding law school)

3.25/4.0 U.S.A. equivalent cumulative undergraduate GPA or completed master’s degree GPA

310 GRE with at least 150 in GRE Verbal AND 150 in GRE Quantitative AND 2.5 AWA or equivalent GMAT scores

Continuously enrolled in full-time credit hours each fall and spring semester to maintain the award

Earn a 3.0 UofM GPA or higher every semester to maintain the scholarship

Awarded to entering applicants only (admissions-based); no separate scholarship application required beyond the admission application

Only students charged Non-Resident or International tuition rates are eligible

Students receiving graduate assistantships or other university funding (including non-resident tuition waivers) are not eligible
