The Growing Future Leaders (GFL) Internship Program is a 10-week immersive summer internship for Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, and Indigenous/Native American/Alaska Native students. It aims to support and develop students from these groups as they prepare to become leaders in consulting and the global business community. Participants will be paired with a mentor, participate in training and development programs, and work as a member of a BCG case team. Upon successful completion, individuals are eligible for a scholarship and an offer to return as a Summer Associate following their junior year.
