Original Requirements

• Must be a full or part-time student in an accredited U.S. post-secondary educational institution with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Must have worked an average of at least twelve hours for each of the previous four weeks at the time of applying
• Must be a residential parent of at least one minor child
• Must be a legal resident of the United States
• Must be currently enrolled and furthering education at an accredited U.S. post-secondary institution or program
• Must be eighteen years of age or older at the time of applying
• Must complete and submit the official Application form within the relevant periods
