Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0
Have permanent residence in one of the specified rural Michigan counties (excluded counties: Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Kent, Genesee, Washtenaw, Ottawa, Ingham, Kalamazoo)
Express an interest in working in a STEM field in Michigan post-graduation
