The Marty Weed Engineering Scholarship is designed to provide financial assistance for new engineers who are employed by a public agency and who specialize in work zone safety and temporary traffic control to participate in ATSSA’s Annual Convention & Traffic Expo, giving them the opportunity to strengthen their discipline skills and network with hundreds of national and international leaders in the industry.

Be employed by a public agency (city, county, state or federal) as an active Engineer, or practicing Engineer, or received their EIT or P.E. at the time the application is submitted
Have a MAXIMUM of seven (7) total years of engineering work experience
Specialize or have a strong interest in work zone safety and temporary traffic control
