Maynard Jayne, a member of the Iowa Cattlemen's Association Hall of Fame, was a former lobbyist for the Iowa Cattlemen's Association. Following his death in 2016, a scholarship endowment was set up in his honor through the Iowa Cattlemen's Foundation. The endowment will provide one $2,000 scholarship annually.
