It offers a one-year scholarship of $12,000, preceded by a paid summer internship at a North American steel-producing or steel-related company. The scholarship is open to students studying engineering, engineering technology, computer science, data science, environmental/sustainability science, and safety or industrial safety programs. Applicants must be enrolled full-time in a four-year undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited North American university and have a minimum GPA of 2.5.
