The Ruby Ann and Carrie Ann Scholarship Foundation (RACA) presents its Annual College Scholarship Competition. Dedicated to Mrs. Ruby Ann Myles and Ms. Carrie Ann Dawson, the late mothers of RACA Founders Bryant Myles and Michelle Banks-Myles, this scholarship competition aims to afford college-bound students with educational opportunities by awarding college scholarships. The Foundation also coordinates mentoring programs designed to encourage students to explore potential career paths, build character, and promote volunteer service.
