The Randall L. Williams Memorial Scholarship for Nursing Education was created by the Oregon Nurses Foundation (ONF) in memoriam of long-time Oregon Nurses Association (ONA) member, “Randy” Williams. This scholarship provides tuition assistance to future nurses for primary nursing (RN – Associate or BSN) education only. The award is based on leadership, experiences with other cultures, minority groups, and underserved communities, future contributions to nursing, value of scholarship, and certified shortage area.
