The Screaming Eagle Foundation in partnership with the Patriot Foundation offers secondary education and future use scholarship opportunities for surviving dependent children of Soldiers of the 101st Airborne Division and Fort Campbell units who have been killed or severely wounded since September 11, 2001 in the Global War on Terror. Scholarships are to be used for costs of tuition, books or fees at secondary colleges, universities or vocational/technical schools.

Dependent Child/Children, as defined by the United States Armed Services, of active duty personnel who were assigned to the 101st Airborne Division, Air Assault or one of the tenant military organizations assigned to Fort Campbell, Kentucky, with exception of U.S. Army Special Operations Command units, who were killed, wounded or injured while serving in the 101st Airborne Division or other qualifying unit while in support of the Global War on Terrorism on or after September 11, 2001.
Eligibility to receive the SESC Scholarship is limited to 4 awards of the scholarship grant.
Qualified dependent applicants may be from age of birth to 22 years of age.
Children not yet of college age must have a valid 529 college savings plan in order to receive an award.
High School Seniors up to 22 years of age must be accepted to or attending a university, college or technical program as a full-time student.
Full time students must be taking at least 12 Credit Hours per semester at an accredited two-year or four-year College, university, post-graduate program or a vocational/technical school.
Use of awarded funds issued through qualified withdrawals shall include tuition, books or fees required for enrollment or attendance at any eligible institution in the United States and abroad.
