The Seita Scholars Program supports Western Michigan University students who have lived some or all of their teenage years in foster care. It is only offered to fall semester admits to WMU. Applicants must qualify for the Educational Training Voucher and/or the Michigan Education Trust Fostering Futures Scholarship, and be Financial Aid Eligible.
