The AFCEA Educational Foundation offers competitive scholarships of $2,500 to graduate students who are actively pursuing a degree or credential/licensure to teach science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) subjects in U.S. K-12 schools. These scholarships are made possible through generous support from ManTech International and AFCEA International.

Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
Graduate-level applicants must be in at least their second semester of a graduate program at an accredited U.S. college or university.
Be enrolled in a minimum of two semester-equivalent courses at the time of application.
Be majoring in education with the intent to teach STEM subjects in U.S. K-12 schools.
Have an expected graduation date after the year the scholarship is awarded.
Hold a bachelor's degree in a STEM major.
Have a minimum GPA of 3.5 (on a 4.0 scale) in their current graduate program.
Credential/Licensure applicants must be U.S. citizens.
Have completed a B.S. degree or graduate degree in a STEM major (transcripts required).
Be currently enrolled in a credential or licensure program and have started the program at the time of application.
Undergraduate students are not eligible for this scholarship.
