The Amman Prize: ABD doctoral students

Original Requirements

• Must be a United States citizen
• Enrolled in an institution of higher education located in the United States
• Completed all requirements for the PhD except for the dissertation by the start of the fellowship period
• Completed application form
• Project proposal narrative (up to 2,000 words, not including bibliography)
• Transcript(s)
• Any additional supporting documentation (e.g., permit application letters; permission to transport special equipment)
• Two recommendations, one of which must be from primary advisor
