The Vern and Elaine Clark Out of Home Advertising Industry “Champion” Scholarship

Established in 2012, the OOH “Champion” Scholarship honors the legacy of long-time industry champion Vern Clark, who personified loyalty, persistence, and a strong work ethic, having achieved numerous victories in the U.S. Congress on behalf of the industry. This scholarship recognizes a student enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate academic program with a connection to the OOH advertising industry who demonstrates through their academic life, community activities, and career goals the skills and talent that made Vern Clark successful in his efforts.
