Be a current community college student planning to transfer and enroll full-time at a four-year HBCU as a sophomore or junior for the 2026-2027 academic year
Be currently enrolled full-time at an HBCU as a freshman or sophomore during the 2025-2026 academic year
Current cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher
Must have the 2026-2027 FAFSA on file at your selected university/college by the time of selection
Must be able to demonstrate a financial need
Selected participants must have the ability to reside in the United States and the intention to pursue career opportunities in the United States after graduating from the University
