Be a full-time enrolled student as an undergraduate sophomore, junior or senior at any HBCU during the 2026-2027 academic year

Open to majors in architectural engineering, architecture, chemical engineering, civil engineering, construction engineering, construction management, electrical engineering, environmental engineering, environmental health and safety, environmental science, geology, geological engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, structural engineering, supply chain management, transportation engineering, and/or urban planning

Current cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher

Must have the 2026-2027 FAFSA on file at your selected university/college by the time of selection

Must be able to demonstrate a financial need

Be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident with a valid permanent resident card or passport stamped I-551
