Award for entering transfer students assessed non-resident tuition. Amount depends on overall transferable GPA as computed by the MSU Office of Undergraduate Admissions. Two tiers: $6,000 per semester (3.25-3.74 transferable GPA) for up to 5 semesters (total up to $30,000) or $7,000 per semester (3.75+ transferable GPA) for up to 5 semesters (total up to $35,000). Renewable for up to 5 semesters if student maintains an overall college GPA of 3.0 and continuous full-time enrollment (12 credit hours per semester at MSU). May not be combined with programs that waive non-resident charges; may be stacked with the Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship.
