The Trilogy Health Services Foundation External Scholarship Program is available to current high school seniors or rising collegiate freshmen who intend to pursue a health-related field and desire to work with the geriatric population. The Foundation will grant two $2,500 scholarships per state (KY, OH, IN, MI, WI) per year for four years.
