Current Women in Aviation International (WAI) member
WAI member must have an expiration date no later than March 30, 2027
OR new member must join by August 30, 2026
May apply for up to three scholarships
Two letters of recommendation (no more than one page; cannot be from family members)
One 500-word essay describing inspiration for joining aviation/aerospace, community involvement, and impact of the scholarship
Resume (no more than two pages; do not include a photo)
If applying for a flight training scholarship, include pilot and medical certificates and the last three pages of pilot logbook
All documents must be 5MB or smaller
Applications accepted only through the WAI online portal
