Original Requirements

• Must be a US citizen or a legal and permanent resident of the US
• Diagnosed with AS, AD, CD, GCA, HS, JIA, jPsA, Ps, PsA, RA, UC, or UV by a healthcare professional
• Planning to enroll in full-time undergraduate or graduate studies at an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational technical school for the entire upcoming academic year
• Applicants must have completed high school or obtained a General Education Development (GED) certificate
• Not eligible if an employee of AbbVie or their immediate family member
• Not eligible if a healthcare provider or their immediate family member
• Not eligible if a patient contracted by AbbVie through Patient Health Perspectives
