Springboard Fellowship

The Springboard Fellowship is a free, yearlong program (August–May) designed for rising seniors from any major who are ready to take the next step in their future. In partnership with the Fort Lewis College President’s Office and Career Services, this fellowship builds career confidence, professional connections, and access to real-world opportunities—no perfect GPA required. At the end of the program, you’ll receive a $3,000 award to support your transition after college—whether that means buying business attire, covering travel to a new job, or putting down a deposit on your first apartment.
